It's a bit late to be worrying

Now since you seem confident that their figures are wrong, could you supply some more accurate ones? And give us you reliable source for them?
In the absence of summat better, do we deal with the figures given? Or ignore them?

Nobody will ever be able to produce an accurate figure that’s the idea.
Best to disregard anything the CCP comes up with. Three days ago they were blaming the US army for releasing the virus in Wuhan now they’re saying actually it started in Italy and was carried into China by tourists. These claims are coming from verified government social media accounts and press briefings. The idea is to cause so much confusion people don’t know what to believe.

Never report the good news of the number of fortunate people who have recovered, its all doom.
The press love doom.

A mix of fact and speculation.
21 million fewer phone subscriptions?
Fine.
But from 1.5 billion previously, not such a drop: businesses shrinking and closing their accounts, migrant workers returning home, stopping one account but keeping another.
And very strange you accept that Chinese figure after dismissing all Chinese figures!

Everyday billions of people use the roads without getting killed.
That doesn’t mean the roads are totally safe places, and doesn’t mean that safety precautions* shouldn’t be taken.
Ignoring risk leads to dangerous practises.
