Is this a dual carriageway ie 50 mph limit?

60mph limit for trucks over 7.5t. Who’da thunk it eh. :open_mouth:

No takers then?

there is a similar road to the side of Stratford upon Avon, the A46 I think, between the N and W access roads for SuA.

So if that is a S/C, then what is the A38(m) classed as between the M6 and Brum, a motorway?

And yeah, if you’ve already got 8 points for IN10 offences, then additional SP30’s would really scupper you. Most agencies/companies won’t touch you with more than 6 points OR any DR/IN offences…

BTDT already :astonished:

A curious bit of road the A38(M) - they don’t make 'em like that any more - or do they? Apparently there’s never been a head-on fatality on it so why not get rid of the central barrier on all motorways? (Rhetorical question, no answer required). That is a busy stretch despite the 7 lanes, but not having the barrier seems not to matter (the 50mph limit helps). What I like, having looked it up, is that it used to have a “vinegar main” going over it.
