I’ve worked in a factory, I’d be clock watching waiting for breaks within half an hour, the day would crawl past. I often get into a truck at 7am and half an hour later it’s midday.

That happened to me today.
Before becoming a driver I was a baker,I have no wish ever to stand anywhere near an oven or use a dough mixer or set of scales.Going to the bakery felt like going to work,I dont mind cycling to the yard.
It’s the job you end up doing that decides if it’s worth it or not in my view.
I had some terrible jobs and was going to pack it all in, but I went to a firm that people warned me were bad to work for and I loved it,stayed until they went bust.
My job now is not too bad,but you will know when you get the job that suits you that it was worth doing your test.
Good luck
