I’d disagree with that too!
My old man still has a very good job in a big blue chip company as a director, he earns some excellent money for which he has worked very hard.
However all he ever gets is grief from the tax man, he has to employ an accountant to sort it all out because the endless forms filling in, proving what you are actually earning.
They constantly check that you are paying the right amount of tax, often over charging then he has to wait 8 months or so to get it back.
I think its really fair to say we have a totally equal opportunities government: THEY HATE US ALL EQUALLY!
