Hi John, your mention of MGB’s stirred a long gone memory of the new MGB GT we ran for a while, it was a reliable motor at the time considering all the turmoil BL were going through at the time but obviously it wasn’t a Merc ! :wink: Hope you and yours are staying safe "down the cul-de-sac ! The only time I have seen any of this model in flesh was at Charles Clark, a BL dealer, at the Longford Island, Cannock depot, this would be 1980 ish, they were badged as Leylands and in that dull factory white with dropside bodies fitted.

I restored a Budgie Toys one for my collection, this pic isn’t actually of mine though.
