Spot on! My wife is on the waiting list for a Kidney and God bless the NHS but it’s being swamped by all and sundry all wanting top medical care without contributing to the cash pot. I help these people by donating to charity as I have empathy for their situation at home I never told Bob Geldof to invite them all over for tea.

I have been waiting for 3 years for spinal surgery and have had the operation canceled 3 times! Each time it has been put down lack of funds in the NHS. I have made several complaints and seen a private specialist to try and hurry the process up, but to no avail.
I have worked since I was 16 (I’m now 30) never been unemployed and always paid all my taxes, never claimed any benefits or tax breaks and get nothing in return.
When ever I go the Doctors or even the hospital I find myself getting very very angry just say in the waiting area, as normally I am surrounded by foreigners talking in their own language, sponging off the system, and I don’t mean the Europeans I mean foreigners from further a field, that came her in the back of a container to sponge the system!!
