Ive done the fors course and been out on a bike for a couple of hours and found it informative and we had a good crack it was also another 7 hrs CPC as well…Now speaking of crack one of my colleagues got well in front and decided to get off and moon all the others as they pedalled past having failed to notice that a female instructor had joined the party at the back who took grave offence and hes since been dismissed for indecency in the work place
