Zb me grabbed a fillet burger from kfc in Stafford , I said too the kid behind the counter have you put the bloody chicken on a diet , don’t know if it was a one off but the piece of chicken was only the size of the piece you get in a mini fillet burger , might have well saved myself a couple of quid

Maybe 1 3/4 out of 3 for that , I weigh 12st 6 lbs but I’m broad shouldered so in a way don’t look thin/ thin , yep got a smallish bald spot appearing , no never wear a base ball cap , yep your normal faded love / hate / snakes / Brfc tats from that eara

Op of me , I’m not thin/ thin but there’s no fat on me , I was a good eater , salads yogs etc , but I know it sounds strange but I forget too eat , I just get stuck in then like the kfc remember I haven’t eat all day so grab a fillet burger , day before I just had a bag chips from Hornsea , today I grabbed a coffee / chic chip cockie from greggs , completely lost my appetite , just don’t think about food , same as w/end , Mrs tries too fill me up but I’m just so used too not bothering with food through the week I’m just not that bothered .
So no I’m nothing like that

,made a be- line for it when they sent me too tesco , never go near it these days 
, have too make do with a few extra stamps on my greggs drinks card these days
