How thick are some people

Ffs, she made a mistake, you’re supposed to be the professional driver, deal with it.
How do ye get up for work every morning when things like this get to you?

kitbuilder123:
Ffs, she made a mistake

Yes, she will have avoided eye contact through embarrassment. Must admit I have made a similar misjudgement on a few occasions at traffic light controlled roundabouts and the like… that horrible feeling of “oh ■■■■” when you have to stop & realise your tail end is blocking a lane and theres no where you can go.

Yes but if the shoe was on the other foot, she would be the first to moan about it. “Bloody trucks etc.”

But she wasn’t just holding me up, she was holding all of the other motorists up as well that were behind me, and could have been prosecuted for inconsideration to other motorists, obstructing the highway etc.

Mind you, I guess by your comments, everything is perfect in your world… :unamused:

Ken.

Far from it but I expect these things to happen. Have you never been half way across a box junction only to have someone do something stupid in front if you and make you block it?
I’m just saying, relax, she hardly held you for an hour or anything. She ■■■■■■ up, that’s why she wouldn’t look at you.

Which Part of KEEP CLEAR didnt she see? :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing: :grimacing:

They live in a bubble world.Bet her journey is of no importance and could have walked to lose weight and save her fuel.
Probably popped out to get Tampax or Tampons.
What do elephants use for periods?
Sheep.

Are you really such an ignorant sexist bigot or do you see the above as in some way making you look big to your mates :unamused: Of course we never see poor driving from our own gender do we ?

Its our job as ‘professional drivers’ to deal with such incident, not to come on here and provide ammunition to those who think all professional drivers are like YOU !

Looks from Quinny`s pic that she had the option of backing up again and undoing her “faux pas”?

cattle wagon man:
Hi “Quinny” ,
I instantly recognised that road junction as being in Kendal.
I can understand your frustration , because there is a cross-roads , where the main flow of traffic takes the
right-angle turn, rather than the (normal) straight ahead procedure .
This change of being causes a lot of problems , and I know this from awaiting a gap in the traffic flow
when egressing the other two roads. Sometimes the only way to enter the main road is to (reluctantly) nose-out as such.
■■■■■■■ County Council have ignored all the complaints , and are reluctant to offer any solution. :smiling_imp: :exclamation:

I am neither supporting or condemning the car driver , …just merely expressing my own experiences
of this very poorly-designed road junction in my local town of Kendal.
Try egressing this junction after having delivered to the main street shops , - you could take your 45 break there . :frowning: :unamused:

Better luck next time ,…,.,and…no,…I don`t know the car driver . :unamused:

Cheers , cattle wagon man.

CWM beat me too it, recognised that Kendal turn instantly. It’s an arse at the best of times, worse at the moment as they are messing with the railway bridge which is blocking the whole town up at times

Looks like your car to me “CWM” ,Anon 1.

Can I ask what the Police would do here? Doesn’t look like any driving offence has been committed. A slight error of judgement perhaps but hey, I bet that cost at least 30 seconds!

i can remember the days when you could just drive (well just about!)
through kendal. used to be great driving a bus unless it was between faster and September, or wet !
then some muppet decided that the town would benefit from pedestrian friendly zone.
which just made the town die.

the place is full of charity shops and bookies!

used to live there. but had sense and moved away!

You don’t realise how true that is! Only 5 years ago I was working in Kendal town centre. Now a days the row I was on, only 2 of the shops that were there still are (Iceland and a Dentist) the rest have been replaced with Charity shops, bookies or empty shops, while the council wasted money rebuilding K-Village.
