Iam older than that & my weight not changed much in 25 years now go between 7.5 - 8 st & did for a few years before then

I admit to being over weight,but I do move about quite a bit.I cycle 40 miles and walk in the hills as well.
Im a 5'5" shortarse who 15 year ago was 11st,fit as a butchers dog and could walk for miles,then i passed my class 1 and it went downhill :laughing: Im 43 and now weigh in at a very unhealthy 16 st ??lbs and it knackers me out climbing into a daf 85

I drive a class 1 on night shift a bit older than you & a bit shorter & I have not changed my weight still keep fit have done tramping it was the same then still kept fitish
6ft 6" & 17.5 st
So currently a Super Heavyweight.
Need to bring down my BMI and get CV fitter.
6ft 4 and 13st 4lbs of pure muscle
5foot 9 and despite almost tipping up at 20stone in Jan 2014 got down to 16st 4 with slimming world and a.bit of cycling another 3 stone off and I’m be happy
