Ah, yeah, I forgot that one! :slight_smile: I am not spending enough time on trucknet recently obviously :smiley:

Too many to count but among the offences.

Social media entry - while driving.
Having a “spare” driving license - missing the accrued points.
Driving through a red light in front of the GM - actually resigned at the disciplinary hearing.
Drug taking paraphernalia - warehouse operative.

These as well as the usual thieving, using bad words to a manager/client/customer, ■■■■■■ harassment, not reporting accidents (after being shown the CCTV).

To be fair though there are some who should have been sacked that have got away with all of the offences in the paragraph above so consistency is not really that big a deal if your face fits you’ll be fine.
