You haven’t misheard at all, you correctly heard what someone who was talking ■■■■■■■■ was saying.

Thankyou.

Yellow has been the default for a long time.

Orange is used by railway workers and engineering crews, the former as the orange is closer to red apparently.

I have seen other darker colours that only have the reflective stripe on them, although I would think there are bound to be ways to make those colours reflective too.

I thought it was orange on the rail to contrast with the yellow front ends of trains.

i thought the orange colour was chosen as its warning proceed with caution , red is stop and green is all clear
and they did not want train drivers getting confused thinking they see a red or green light

yes, orange is more vissible to the eye than yellow.

So Neil, you understand previous and ■■■■■■■■ - I am impressed

company preferance is the one Tarmac insist on long sleeves i believe, but i been issued with a yellow long sleeve with orange reflective bands it looks ■■■■ but covers most requirements…

Certainly works for lifeboats and inflatable ribs

You think that’s ■■■■■■■■, Bardon’s current scheme is for Drivers to have to wear Yellow tops and Orange Pants, as it marks them out from the other quarry workers.

Surely the truck they’ve just driven up in does that■■?

Visiting drivers to ARCO have to wear orange

Tests by rescue services have found that pink is the easiest colour to spot

I understand verbal ■■■■■■■■ but my knowledge of actual ■■■■■■■■ is limited to just two.

Thankyou.

The idiot that i work with when we were picking up our irish load from a well known supermarket Rdc from an even better known haulage firm that now sports a very nice pink HiVis was told that pink is now the colour as it is a european directive apparently less froggies get killed wearing pink

Next thing you will be telling us that all RIBs in Australia are inflatable. Talk about ‘live and learn’, eh?
(All in fun, mate)
