If you are in any way concerned about what information about accidents/claims may or may not be recorded against your name, simply go to the Motor Insurers Bureau website, download and fill in a Subject Access form and post it off to them with proof of ID. A couple of weeks later you’ll receive the details in the post. All for the cost of a stamp.
