My worst experience of missing a ferry was at Cherbourg mid 90’s P&O missed by mins the Friday afternoon boat, couldn’t get on the night boat , Saturday mornings inc the pride of bilbo which did the Friday night sat morning return, sat afternoon ,sat night, etc finally got Monday morning boat
I sent a truck to Majorca earlier this year with lambs… Driver unloaded in Magaluf in the morning and ACCIDENTLY missed the evening ferry back to Spain so had to spend the night in Magaluf waiting till the next Morning… Lol
had been away for two weeks once, looking forward to getting home on the Saturday, after jumping through hoops the german office had set me on the Friday I arrived at europoort at 8pm Friday only to be told ‘we have finished loading’ ship sailed at 9pm, I got drunk in rozenburg for two days

When I read these forums off the phone it is a real pain scrolling down passing unnecessary quotes with quote after friggin quote for no reason
