A few yrs ago i was approached by a chap that spoke with a italian accent at sandbach services telling me a tale about he had just been to a perfume and aftershave trade fair,then he tried to sell me all his so called samples before he flew back to italy,sadly for him my money stayed in my pocket.about 12 months ago i was in the carpark of my local wickes at burton on trent and who should turn up selling his samples again,yep my italian friend still with the same tale about the trade fair,and again my money stayed in my pocket.he certainly gets around abit. 
And the police do nothing about this lot?

Why should they bother? There’s plenty of little old ladies getting hit on the head for them to worry about without policing peoples greed and stupidity.
