I learnt my lesson with a banksman, luckily no damage was done, but it taught me never to trust their judgement over my responsibility as a driver. They might not like it, but if I’m in doubt now I just get out and have a look for myself.
Banksmen must do a course on how to be stupid. Had one try to turn me in a space that a van would have struggled with. I quickly straightened up and used the main road to turn. If I’m not on their site I don’t need their site rules!!
Lesson learnt for you with that wee scratch. Just be glad it wasn’t a person.
