I think there might be a “WhatsApp” group at the very least 
Certas have lost the plot with their very schizo pricing which sometimes is a world-beater, and at other times a wifebeater
And don`t even bring Harvest to the party, jesus have they lost it 
I think with the very definite slow-down in January / February, you are going have to watch them like a hawk, as they will be looking to keep their margins intact, so the dreaded surcharge will rear their very ugly head to compensate
Invoice checking & card shark arm wrestling will need be taken very seriously if you want to remain in the black
