We carry 10 cards, and when they all come out about the same [only happened once / 120something the other week] I could smell the rat from a mile away
They split like an atom on the Monday after I emailed all of them, they are taking us for mugs if you don`t challenge the sharks
I have 4 different cards. Wex Esso, uk Fuels and then keyfuels and Bp with the right fuel card company
I ditched my card with the fuel card company as they were always 10p a litre more expensive.
With uk fuels I had a really good relationship with the girl doing the prices but sheās moved on and the new person in useless.
I ditched WEX for being crooks, UKf are as good as your account manager, its either good or bad, ATM we have a good one, RFCC are dangling carrots atm, but ive heard it all before, as for BP, Ive never been offered one of theirs, so I cant really commentā¦I`ve ditched that many over the years for being crooks, they seem to think memory loss comes with diesel fumes as they come back as if nothing has happened

You have done well there Dave, Ive been blanked by various suppliers this morning, and to top it off Ive now got a new account manager @ UKf who has yet to make contact
Your TFCC is the same as my FCC I reckon ?..I`ve found them to be less than trustworthy on virtually every invoice, and VERY slow to sort out their dodgy dealings, have you found the same ?

Yeah I think they are the same crowd. Not had any bad issues yet; mind you they can be very slack in adjusting the invoices to reflect payment and usage, which has lead to some confusion in the past. My gripe with them at the minute, is the annual card charge which they donāt seem to want to move onā¦be an interesting conversation on the run-up to renewal time!!

That old chestnut, I always mention at the start of any chit-chat sales pitch that we do not pay for cards or minimum usage ect., that normally sorts out the wheat from the chaff especially when I want it in writing before we go any furtherā¦A lot of these card sharks seem to be trying a few things on ATM, its as if they are preparing for a downturn in business and want to keep some form of revenue stream coming in [IMO].....Plenty of warning signs from where Im sitting unfortunately
