does anyone pay anything over the price they are quoted,ie 1ppl surcharge for having/using that card?
I have a shell card with fuelplus and they have charged me 1ppl transaction charge, i gave them hell today after using the card for three weeks only and they relented and gave me it back,

Hello, many thanks for your email- you haven’t done anything to upset me, it’s just that I have to buy fuel at the cheapest possible price and next week Silvey’s are charging me 113.12ppl.
I know your price is only a little more at 113.41ppl but Silvey’s still represents a £3.50 saving over the course of the week and that’s enough to buy my kids an ice-cream each at the weekend.
Any time your price is the most competitive, I promise I will use your card.

You missed a trick there you should have used the mars bar line. 
Cheapest next week is Silvey’s again at 114.39 ppl. Others 115.38 and 114.71. Over a penny up over last week and am hearing it will be going up far more sharply next week.
