16 miles will use 2 gallons of diesel , at 1.09 that’s about £10
If you’re saving 5ppl you break even over 200 litres without allowing anything for the time you’ll waste

just had my price in from smart 116.42p same as it was last week, however a phone call to them and it immediately dropped to 114.99, will you use us they asked.
Why did you not just give me that price first off I asked, usual ole tosh as a reply.

I’ve just had a text from the FCC offering 114.59, 2.6ppl less than their first price, as you said why can’t the give the better prices first !!

The Total card is in danger of not being the cheapest if it isn’t careful. Neither of the others have ever before beaten it on price but the UK Fuels is getting close…

Had 2 interesting conversations with my fuel card companies this week. Keyfuels talked to me about their network suitability for my needs, the young lady suggested I took on an additional card from them to give more choice of filling stations. A shell card. Sure enough, card came thru, text followed the same day.
First text : Shell 132.82! 
WTF!!! I nearly had a heart attack!!!
2nd. Red Key fuels 116.70
3rd. BP. 116.00
this week I got
UK Fuels - 115.55
Smart - 116.12
Bp 1.16 and keyfuels 1.165. i use 6000lts a week, its getting a bit outragoues to my mind, my maths says at 7mpg thats costing us 75ppm in fuel alone.
Ive got 104.67 this week the same price as the week before its becoming a joke will be ringing them monday no matter how much or little i use them it doesnt reflect in the price

Looks like it is going up again on Friday by 1/2 - 1p. Sorry to say
