fuel escalator is the only way, mines at 8% at the moment {based on 2008 rates}

Yes proper HGV pumps with loads of room, 24 hour pay at the pump only though with a £99 transaction limit which is frankly useless and a PITA, as once my card has done 2 transactions at the same terminal it won’ do anymore
