You should have a brekkie every morning doze, it would put you on all day until your ginster pie evening meal .after your 15 hour shift in your ‘decent job’. 
Well, managed to get 4 in, first thing this morning, dinner time, tea time,.and tonight after my shower. 
So by dozy’s reckoning, it makes me a quadruple idiot. .
(Thing is though, for some reason, being called an idiot by dozy doesn’t bother me tbh…trying to figure out why. )
Anyhoo this is what my life has been reduced to

I can’t with diabetis , really ■■■■■■ me off seeing drivers filling there faces with full English, bacon / sausage / egg roll ( gready git ) the other day one said said stick 2 hash browns in it ,( it’s free so there going stupid , no thought for us who arnt allowed to eat it ) I have a bit of porridge , it’s life I guess , shifts are better now , just 4 days , 7-20.45 min, 6-16.30 tues , 7-22.00 wed, & last shift 7-21.45 ( not doing me any good health wise , hopefully get good news end of month from hospital , then change job , can’t now as always at hospital , clinic , docs & don’t think new employer would stand for it , not fair on them to take new job then need op , and off 2/3 months , days off
Anyway after the 1 hr 15 home I’m past the eating stage , not feeling well , hoping mrs would have a sympathetic ear , but she was in bed when I got home , what a ■■■■■■■ life
