You can certainly take 11 after a 15, BUT it will count as one of your reduced rests (11 + 15 =26)
Ok so really this can be dangerous especially to those who bow down to the boss you could end up working your bum off 3 days in a row and get tired. I know my boss would do this saying your not wasting your reduced rest. I mean why work 13 and a half hours when you may-aswel work 15. You can only have 9 hours rest recorded.
RobK top tip: always save a 15 and a 9 for Friday.

I was lucky. Despite people’s protestations to the contrary, when I got stopped at Sawtry with my (unknowingly) bent cards the Vosa bod went through them in great detail and never noticed the numerous instances of “insufficient rest”.

I have no idea. It was a lot of years ago and I couldn’t have given a toss what his name was. And even if I did know I wouldn’t tell you .
People blame the EU for all these travesties of justice, prosecuting drivers for working to feed their children and wives. I think it goes much further back.
After all if the Incas & Ancient Greeks had been any good, they would have made an 11 hour rest fit into a 24 period after being on duty for 15 hours.
