Was my absolute favourite back in the day !closely followed by a big milky bar .
Far too sickly these days now the snacks tend to be nutty fruit health bars , sweets tend to be Army and Navy , peanut brittle or Haribo Tangfastics .

An isotonic drink in the first hour or two followed by a few gel packs up until first 45.

Stop for a quinoa and tofu salad with green beans and then later on I may indulge in a rock cake with some homemade gluten free pesto washed down with a quad shot, soy milk, extra foam skinny latte and the souls of dead squirrels.

You won’t find any belly on me [emoji6]

Not surprised. Doubt any of that carp stays in your body long enough to put any weight on you!

Actually the only thing I recognised was ROCK CAKE yum

Both of my lads are into gyms and body building (unlike their Dad  )
They eat all the right stuff and monitor it, one of them is on liquid protein shake supplements, which smell and taste ■■■■ awful, but he has lately developed kidney stones and is blaming the supplements…(no neither of them touch steroids btw :bulb: )
So watching your diet thinking you are doing it right ain’t always the best way.

i reckon the hospitals and cemetarys are just as full of health and vitamin freaks as fryup gobblers ranging across all ages.

Whole Earth crunchy peanut butter atop new york bagels.■■■■ convenient and generally healthy I’d wager.Occasionally embellishments include_banana and m&s choc truffle sauce, channeling ex trucker Elvis Presleys favoured diet plan

2 for £4 Greek salads from M+S and Soreen cake bars!

Stop at Tesco on way to work each night and buy a whole cooked chicken and a loaf, and that does me through til 6am. I graze on that all night.
