I must admit, my first thought was that it might make a change and if the money was right I’d maybe stick an application in. But I’d be losing five or six grand a year … I can’t afford that.

Still crap money though I wonder what the contributions to your pension are by the employer as I suppose you could factor that in.

Where did you find that? The site I found quoted lower pay rates for the Bristol job.

That’s what i was thinking but still poor money, they’ll have to be paying a very large percentage towards my pension to even make me think about it.
