Been loaded a few times with this, 8 euro pal in 1 lift /www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nOiV4ELAjE
I’ve seen plenty with the 4 tines but it was the length of the forks that was new to me.
GKN years ago had forks that would load 6 stacks at a time and that was 30 years ago
Plenty of 'em over here. In fact, one of my sons used to drive one of the moveable tine jobs. I used to get loaded at a chep depot in brisbane ith empties for a warehouse. Four stacks of twenty pallets at a time, nice and quick.
I used to work for Linde delivering flt’s, there are countless various forks like double pallet handlers (dph) or normal sized forks that extend (kooi forks) out using hydraulics.
If it can be modified and type approved its likey they are done, the guys in the fabrication shop where wizards coming up with variations of forks for customers needs.
Place i work at has the four tyne fork lifts they can open and close them for one pallet or four. As for the size when i was in the services we had a 30,000lb i think it was a hyster would lift most things and with a long reach as well. It was like driving a building around.
