Eu referendum whats your vote

Bewick:
Quite right Buzzer ! but I’d have to have “CF” as my right hand man ! Your right though you couldn’t make it up but it looks like Mother Theresa might get “the gig” but I personally think Angela Leadsom is a dark horse and might have the “makings”. Theresa ranks with that duplicitous [zb] Gove IMHO as she conveniently slid in behind CMD on the Remain side then kept her head down for the duration only to come out swearing blind that she will sort a good deal out with the EU ! Cheers Dennis.

Not me.I’ve decided to join the remainers so that I can zb off to France or Germany when Le Pen and the AfD get in there. My posts on here will be a better CV than Boris could ever give them. Then all the remainers here will suddenly want to turn leavers. :smiling_imp:

Ah ha now Merkal wants to oust Jean Claud Junker I wonder why, too late for that the horse has bolted and now she is worried that the unrest in other EU members is beginning to tell, the house of cards may fall over yet, watch this space Buzzer.

PS. Labour party alert Neil Kinnock may have a come back to lead Labour out the mire, think he is frightened the gravy train that is Brussels is about to hit the buffers and there wont be any more dosh for him from there.

Seriously the whole thing is a cluster zb on both sides of the channel. We get remainer May as PM who’ll just make us an EEA member state instead of EU.In exchange for which we lose Farage and UKIP in Brussells.

While if we’d have stayed we probably could have joined with the Nationalists in Europe to bring it all down from within. Then change the EU constitution to a Confederal one that gives the MEP’s power over the Commissioners and the right of national opt out, substitution and VETO over all decisions to apply retrospectively.

Now looking like parliament will have to decide in the best interests of the country whether the plebs as grand master Ken Clarke refered to those who voted out got it right, what a fiasco,if this happened in France can you imagine the public reaction.? :open_mouth:  :unamused:

According to what I’ve read Merkel is blaming that ■■■■■■ Junker for the Brexit vote and She’s going to have him out! :sunglasses: and apparently she is going to ensure that the UK will get a good deal, well she would wouldn’t she when the Krauts are selling us 800,000+ cars per year and the Jerry car unions are the most powerful lobby in Germany. Cheers Bewick.

The problem is what Merkel means by ‘good deal’ in that regard.IE we get a much bigger ‘share’ of her immigration policies so that the Krauts can get rid of a view of those they’ve let in to make room for more and fastrack Turkish membership. Now that Farage has gone. With Tharesa May shouting Ja Ja Heil Merkel.

On that note check out the terms of EEA member state. :bulb:

It’s that or EEA member state.Remain would have been the better option in that case ‘if’ Farage hadn’t bottled out and hadn’t burn’t our bridges with the FN and AfD. :unamused: But on balance still probably best option playing the remainers at their own game and going for a Confederal,as opposed to Federal,Europe and hoping there’s enough support for it across the Channel to then impose it.

As for Ken Clarke total scumbag POS worse than Juncker. :imp: :imp: :imp: :imp:

I have just returned from a factory visit to Benalu tankers and tipper bodies at Liervin, near Lens in France. Purpose of visit to agree a specification and price for new powder tanker. As the sales manager at Benalu said Brexit will not stop any trading between GB and Europe and vice versa. Guess which EU country is the most difficult for them to trade with?

Would that be Hyle Merkel then, just guessing Buzzer.

Well Gove got his ■■■-uppance as he got two less votes in this second round than he got in the first  So it looks like we’re going to get a “split arse” for Prime Minister ! So who do you reckon will get the job ? Mother Theresa or Andrea Leadsom ? I personally hope that it is Leadsom because devious Theresa was always thought of as a Euro sceptic and then she ducked out and supported Cameron so she was obviously more inclined to look after her own prospects and job because she probably thought the “remainers” would win. She kept a low profile during the campaign but she still was a “snake in the grass” as far as I’m concerned. No doubt “The Sage of Leatherhead” will advise us in depth as to who our next Premier will be ! Cheers Bewick.

Got it in one Buzzer.

Blimey Bewick your judgement is no better now than it was when you supported the Cons under Heath. :unamused:

Realistically it’s a David Davis Kate Hoey co alition or it’s a remain stitch up. :imp: :unamused: :frowning:

Some things never change.Like ze Germans deal to pay back their war debts being conditional on them maintaining a trade surplus and Germans making sure they buy German.Economic miracle bs. :unamused: :imp:

Not a politician but Andrea seems to answer questions she has been asked by reporters and not "going round the houses "

Did any of them ask her how she could possibly go from leave would be a disaster to we have to leave. :unamused:

Evening all

gingerfold, superb choice, what those lads in Lens do not know about aluminium and steel is not worth knowing. I can point out many operators who still have 25 year old equipment from Benalu still earning a crust…without cracks, or any fabricational issue.

rastone, Buzzer, I agree, but I expect that the “snake in the long grass” will get it…do I smell an establishment stitch up?

I said way back, where was the plan, if we came out…well there was none…and our politicians combined have shown just how poor they really are, and just how stupidly out of touch our electoral system really is. Millions have no representation, while the political goons from right and left perpetuate “■■■■ up” management of this country…and their own introverted view of leadership, and the Civil Service, what a crowd of self serving inept career obdurates who control the ever increasing array of “clerks”…For that is all that they really are, “pen pushers” of moderate capability, and little common sense…Follow the rules…make no decisions, (then you cannot be wrong…or have a black mark on your career)…and at the end a far too generous pension pot!

Its not all in Central Government, just look at your local council…then that sacred cow the NHS…overblown with managers of managing nothing, just paper flows…sucking cash from the nation like an out of control vacumn tanker…

Perhaps we should have a revolution…but our weather does not encourage such…

And I’m too old now…(but I can still drive a tank)…

Ah well back to the Bollinger…to reflect upon the total waste of this great country, and of our marvellous population of all races creeds and colours potential…we truly can do anything…its just our leaders are frightened to give us the go…

Cheerio for now.

PS,

Carryfast, one thing that running a business teaches you is that what appertains one day…years later circumstance s change, and decisions have to be reversed or modified to get the best for that business and its employees…(read Country, and peoples)…consider the lorry business pre SSAP21, and on and off balance sheet funding, and its implications as an example…

The final PS of your previous post John will have ( should have!) stopped the Great man in his tracks ! He will have been returned to his “secure accommodation” and sedated for the night but I suppose he will arise in the morning and return to the key board to impart further “Gems” of gobble-.de-■■■■ !   Cheers Dennis.

To be fair in this case we’re dealing with the clear ideological difference between Federalist v anti Federalist not deciding that 6 wheelers were fine for the business 3 years ago but now we need to go to 8 wheelers and trailers or artics.I think she’s old enough and been around long enough to know exactly where she stands on that simple ideological choice. The facts speak for themselves Cameron is still holding onto article 50 when he could have simply admitted defeat and invoked it on the 24th June. While neither prospective PM has shown any real ideological sympathies with Leaving the EU,more like the opposite and neither has ruled out swapping EU for EEA member state.IE it’s a bit like that truck operator saying that the Labour Party were right all goods should go by rail wherever possible and then selling up,sacking the workforce and getting a cushy job with British Rail. :bulb:

On that note I’d be a lot happier with Kate Hoey running the show at this point regarding the Brexit agenda. While personally having reached the conclusion that Farage should have taken up Marine Le Pen’s offer of co operation and then gone for a Confederal Europe, which gave supremacy to the MEP’s on a National basis of opt out, substitution and VETO,instead. :bulb: :frowning: The big question then being why he didn’t bearing in mind the foreseeable remain agenda stitch up we now predictably find ourselves in.

While we’ve already seen what damage that a pretend Eurosceptic but really Europhile female Tory PM managed to do to the country before. :frowning: So much for Farage’s working class people’s army taking on the establishment. :frowning: :imp: :unamused:

I’ll remind you of that in a year or two. When we’re either still in the EU or an EEA member state. With Turkey having been fastracked in by Merkel and Juncker and Farron saying let’s bring the population of Syria and anyone else who the Turks want to send us to ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ there’s no more room for them in London and Birmingham. :smiling_imp:
