Would this be the series on losing contracts, closing depots and sacking drivers.
Most of the ones I know who went,weren’t sacked they were offered jobs,but they’d had enough and just said NO THANKS we will just take the money,which is why a lot of the ones who were down to be made redundant didn’t go,as they had to go back and ask them to stay on as I think it was out of 60 they offered jobs too only 19 accepted there offer,so I’m told not at all what they expected 
.
As for contracts they lost a lot when Lutterworth went ■■■■ up,but also gave away loads of contracts,think it was 28 in one go,just told the firms they wouldn’t haul any more for them,and gave away a load of others to other chill firms as they said they didn’t pay,and if they didn’t pay they weren’t hauling it
As for closing the two depots,Heywood /Newark,was told Heywood was staying open to do ambient(but never heard anymore so might be right/might be wrong)
Newark just services donny by sending units/drivers up every day and also does chill but only loads in and out,no cross dock,think 65 out of 130 drivers continue
