i havent driven the TGA but i did spend several months with the ERF version which is the ECT. looks identical inside including the MAN badge on the fridge under the bunk 
i loved driving it and i would choose it over any of the other brands. fuel was good as was power although it did struggle up hills at full weight (38 tonner). some people have stated that the MAN is more stable but i cant comment myself. the ERF trucks will be disappearing this year though so the TGA may be the better choice for dealer services and resale value
