AS FOR THE MAN WITH THE TABLE MATS FOR THE DAF DASH I DID FORGET TO TAKE THEM TO THE SHOW I HOLD MY HANDS UP TO THAT, WHEN HE DID COME FOR THEM THEY WEREN,T RIGHT COLOUR FOR HIM,I.M NOT A MIND READER!. IF YOU ASK FOR RED YOU GET RED IF YOU ASK FOR MAROON YOU GET MAROON YOU ALWAYS MUST STATE YOUR COLOUR…WE SUPLY DIRECT INTO SCANIA .VOLVO. If people want to complain about your poor service and/or products, why shouldn’t it be discussed on this forum?
If several of your ex-customers hadn’t informed us, some/many of us could even now be considering buying your products. If you don’t want your ex-customers to warn prospective new customers about your shoddy workmanship and poor service, don’t produce shoddy workmanship and poor service.
You promising to bring a pre-paid item to a truck show and forgetting to bring it is one thing, forgetting to bring it with a couldn’t give a ■■ attitude, is another.
You would have been better to show links to your products rather than coming on here berating your ex-customers. It’s unlikely to produce any new ones.
Ive been using a lady in the north of Scotland for a few things lately, shes done me curtains, bedding and in process of doing me middle curtains, did have a leaflet with her name/numkber/business name but cant put my hands on it. Will post pics when I get them. DOnt know if she does engine covers etc… Anyone else used her?? Her names Anita.

THE LADY IN THE NOTH OF SCOTLAND ANITA IS VERY GOOD AT HER JOB AND CAN.T FAULT HER IN ANY I HAVE MET HER A COUPLE OF TIMES, AS I HAVE ALSO MET SHIELA FROM S&D INTERIORS AS SHE IS A NICE LADY ALSO ONLY SEEN JANICE IN THE PUB AT BELFAST NOT TO SPEAK TO … SEEN ALL OF THESE LADY.S WORK AND ALL OF US DO THINGS DIFFERENT. PEOPLE WILL ONLY SPEND MONEY WHERE THEY WANT . I KNOW I.M NOT THE CHEAPEST AND THE ONLY ONES DOING THIS TYPE OF WORK, BUT THATS HOW IT IS I HAVE QUITE A GOOD SIZED FACTORY NOT A SMALL ROOM AND I ALSO HAVE STAFF WHO WORK FOR ME SO IF THE STANDARD OF GOODS IS SLIPPING I NEED TO KNOW I. I DON.T DO ALL OF THE WORK MYSELF THATS WHY I HAVE STAFF BUT THATS NO CONSOLATION I KNOW. I have no reason to doubt you, im just curious what you supply Volvo and Scania with thats all. And i will be soon driving a Volvo so would like to know what i could get from the dealer

Thats maybe the issue, is that its not you doing the work therefor the quality isnt there and people are not getting what there expecting from what theyve heard they would get. Its good to see that you have to employ others though to keep up with demand as Ive been on the phone to umpteen people wanting things and theres always a waiting list, not handy if you want something ASAP.

as already stated, and admitted by yourself, you did not take them to Truckfest as requested, i have also never been to your workshop (or whatever you want to call it) or your home, you did not post them to me because i told you i no longer wanted them due to not getting them when i required them for.

the lady who was talking about the engine cover didn,t say that SHE HAD CALLED ME THE WEEK OF TRUCKFEST AND ORDERED ENGINE COVER ,CURTAINS ECT IN BLACK WITH BRIGHT RED LOGO,S AND PIPING. SHE DIDN.T PAY FOR THEM BEFORE THE SHOW AS SHE WAS COLLECTING THEM THERE WE PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS TO GET THEM DONE WICH WE DID AFTER PAYING THE STAFF OVERTIME!! WE TOOK THEM TO THE SHOW WHAT SHE FAILED TO SAY WAS HER HUSBAND DIDN.T LIKE THE COLOUR AND AS.KED COULD SHE CHANGE HER MIND SO I WAS LEFT WITH ASET OF CURTAINS ,ENGINE COVER DOOR PANELS AND MATS ALL MATCHING THAT WASN.T FOR ANG ONE AND UP TO ME TO SELL ON (I STILL HAVE THEM) WE TOOK HER ORDER FOR A ANOTHER COLOUR SHE DID PAY FOR THEM THESR ITEMS WERE SENT MAYBE A BIT LATER THAN NORMAL BUT STILL GOT THEM THE CURTAINS HAVE BEEN RETURNED TO ME BUT THAT IS ALL NO DOOR PANELS OR ENGINE COVER AS YET, I AM BEING TO BE MADE OUT AS THE ROUGE HERE AND I.M NOT. i was text’d a picture of the word Scania stitched into the engine cover by Lorrettas husband, and to be honest if you gave me a needle and cotton i could have done better than what they got.

Carole, you did not post these mats to me, if you gave them to someone from Southwest Truckers, why? i do not know anyone from there and i am not a member of SWT.
it was not me either that said they had been pre-paid, it was an incorrect assumption by George3 which i quoted and replied to.
the way i feel about you is more to do with your service, i.e. your attitude when i came to collect the mats at Truckfest 2008, you had not brought them, and your attitude was as if you could not care less as you had other things on your mind, the worst part was that there was not even an appology.

i got my matts from s&d interiors and my curtains are from whiterig truck curtains a got them new from ebay at different times and im very pleased with them i leave all but the floor matts in all the time and theres no wearing or fraying at all even when they get dirty they clean up well
last year at barnard castle truckshow i got a fifth wheel cover from trucking smart and i like it very much i got it coverd in grease once and it cleaned up a treat with some white spirit
