Toby bought some of the kit back and has resurrected the company. Reliable source tells me 4 units and trailers,but looking to get more if possible. Job was offered to source but wages the same as before which of course will lead to high staff turnover.
So no driver loyalty expected then !!
Thats not the way to do it Toby. Look after your drivers and save money elsewhereā€¦it will pay dividends in the long run. Learn from past mistakes!!!

I need to look into thisā€¦if he can run a businessā€¦ shut it downā€¦ not pay anyoneā€¦ have hols in the carribeanā€¦and then start up again then I definitely need to look into itā€¦

Saw 3 of their DAFā€™s parked at DAF Frome this week. Also on Friday an ex-mortimers LHD Daf passed me on the M5. It had Ralph Davies on the headboard and was pulling a RD trailer. Maybe they have taken on some of the units. I might of been mistaken but it sure looked like Mike Morrell driving-is he still with Ralph?

Mike is still with Ralph and has one of the two blue DAFā€™s.

I think if a company is restructuring or looking at their options, then any recent acquisitions may be sold as a common sense measure.

Toby and his father Jon have gone a bit mad lately and put the five new TGXā€™s on the road, in addition to ten new DAF XF105ā€™s, nine 460ā€™s and one 80 tonne 6x2 510, all with Super Space cabs. They also bought ten new Schmitz fridges and a new Faymonville four axle step frame plant trailer.
