Hi Geoff sorry got it wrong it was Grays Transport & Warehousing St Brelades Jersey and not Guernsey I took a wrong turning but if my memory is right I think it was a couple of 20 foot skeles tri axle super singles that was tuned into 7foot wide tuatliners, if you see Alan Marsh he could well remember this and if you do see him tell him Ennis sends his regards. think we had better days than now but they have the better trucks. Lot of good men gone like water under a bridge R.I.P but memories live on they are not forgotten hope to catch up some day mate until then keep the thread going. Hello Ennis great to hear from you after all these years. I asked Buzzer some time ago if he had heard anything of you to no avail. You are spot on about the motors these days but nowhere near as fast as those Scanias of Trans Oman / Phillips.
