Perhaps the shortages caused by panic buying will change the minds of all those nimby’s who bought houses after a supermarket had opened then had night time deliveries banned. If they now appreciate that night time deliveries ease the supply situation it will lessen the need for drivers to work excessive hours & improve daytime traffic flows for all when the coronavirus has abated
