OH MY GOD ;SAVIEM WHAT HAVE YOU DONE, only thing im afread of is you never belive a finn (including my) again, ps thing the engine is good but watch out for the electrics,it,s homemade      ,GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND,and i;ll hope im wrong ,deerest regards benkku

Evening benkku…heavy , (and I mean Monsoon ), rain here today. So this old fool climbs into his new Valtra…switches on, and drives out of the yard, 500metres later ALL, the warning lights come on!!! 1000metres later they all go out!!!

benkku I believe you, but I was desperate for a tractor, and this one was “affordable”…but the engine pulls well, and is really “sweet”

Best Regards…keep your fingers crossed for me…I`ve put the Hedge Cutter on her for tommorow!

Cheerio for now.

Think of all the little birds in their nests John, oh dear you will have the RSPB after you.
Cheers Dave.

Hi Dave, no its the end of July, and I will not start on the hedges untill August! Heaven above Dave, Ive a "Larson trap" here that has done good service this year! (I hate the Magpies, and the destruction that they wreak on the song birds) Im afraid that I hate the birds of prey…with a vengance! We have raised several hatchings of Partridge, (even if they eat my Beans)! But I have to get the hedges cut, particularly on the road sides, for we have very narrow lanes, and too many "townies " with 4x4s!!!

Best regards to you and Tracy

Cheerio for now.

Yes it does annoy the farmers this way that they cannot do any hedge cutting until August John. One or two cut their roadside hedges before the Royal Welsh Show because they think other farmers will be impressed. Not to many magpies around here now. I think the Goshawks have slackened them, far to many Buzzards here, the odd Red Kite. We do need the hedges cut, there has been a lot of growth on them this year. Was just testing you before.
Cheers Dave.

Would that be you at the wheel bma.? :open_mouth: ,great drawing mate, what weight would that load of logs be ? Cheers benkku, dennis.

well dennis 42 tonnes total .velige weight about 16 payload 26 but in that time in finland we had volume weights for wood and gravel so lets say there is 48 cubics wood a 0,6 tn it,s 28,8tn(10% overload was excused),but the pine is usual about 0,80 so nearly 40 tn is the real load(teoretical leagal), the merc man has the load almost ready (leagly ) ,if the 76 pic is earlyerthen 72 in finland the total weight was18,5 +16 sooooo, now the weigts are nomore teoretical :open_mouth: cheers benkku
