I always drop the air out of the trailer and release the handbrake to let it settle before I wind down the legs. I find if I don’t and just drop it level, then when you come back to it, if there’s even the slightest air leak, the trailers down on its arse with it’s nose way up and the feet all pulled on the legs.
Even if it is - a minute with the airlines connected and the trailer can be returned to a more normal stance before continuing with the coupling-up.

Yea I know that. I suppose in the big scheme of things it makes not much difference. I don’t like the look of the feet pulled on the legs. Little things annoy me I suppose lol
