Surely a police car, especially one carrying armed officers, should have the sensors fitted.
Not much use having armed response officers if they cant go everywhere.

i agree, they should be able to swim across the thames at dartford when the tide is going out without getting their arms damp, or there’s no point in having them 
Witnessed this in Cardiff city centre just after Christmas it wrote off a car just wish I’d had my camera or phone with me, my bestest mate works for the council on traffic management and tells me those bollards will stop 30 tonnes at 30 mph so watch out if you deliver to queen st in cardiff
