suzi boom

jonboy:
suzi boom

jon

Thats the best type of suzie boom, With a non coiled section at the bottom, which stops them getting covererd in grease and some coils at the top for strectch if needed,

The ones that get covered are when a suzie boom gets fitted and normal suzies are attached to the end, Then you have a huge mass of tangled lines, :frowning:

So when I have to change a suzie I get plastered in grease :frowning: :smiling_imp:

The only one problem with suzie booms is when it gets bent down and then catches on the catwalk and does not move!!!

Thanks for the pic jon  .

I was just looking at the height of jon’s trailer and
was wondering is the 4.000m the trailers height
which would be Just over 13ft I think and then you
add on 1250mm which is the height of the truck
and then you have the truck + trailers height. Also
isn’t 1250mm the normal height of trucks

overall height of 13’2". and the 1250m depends on what tyres are fitted

most drivers take a tape measure
