I would of updated sooner, but my internet connection is really poor on site, sorry.
I arrived home late last night after being away for 8 days, returning to wales wednesday afternoon. Heres a few pix.
Loading 18mtr gas pipes on Newport docks. pipes vary in wieght, 5-8 tons.
Its a bit sticky on site, got stuck twice
Pipes are lifted by 360 with a vacuum attachment, clever bit of kit, not so great if pipes are wet or iced up.
Having to wear my boots in cab, not ideal.

Heading for Airballoon Kate, that hill is a killer!!! There are two quite nasty climbs on our route, poor Mr V!

we did a bit on that gas pipeline job out of immingham, steady little job but you get to some right ■■■■ hole sites though
