9.00 booking arrived at 8.08 nearly an hour before your slot time tipped AND LOADED by 11.15 if you had arrived on your correct booking time you wouldn`t have been hanging around for best part of an hour and you may well have still been tipped and loaded by 11.15 considering that there was most likely other Drivers with earlier bookings than 9.00 in front of you.
2.15 hours to tip and load is nothing.
See point 2, if I’d arrived at 09.00 & the security Chumps had messed me about, then I would have been technically late (not that it would have worried me) my experience of this dump has nearly always been bad, I don’t mind hanging about for an hour, it’s the six hours to get turned around that ■■■■■■ me off, especially when I’m going on holiday.

Not done Asda, Erith, but I’ve had plenty of late ones at Sainsburys, Tamworth, over 3 hours to check my load the other night, ended going over my 15 by One Minute, after I gave them an hours notice that I was running out of time. I told them that I would be sleeping in the parking bay, but they wouldn’t let me, funny enough they signed my notes with ten minutes to spare. KNOBS !
I haven’t done much rdc work but of the places I’ve been too , MasterCare/knowhow is defiantly the worst .
Such a welcoming place with the hydraulic barriers stopping you getting in or out 
Then you have the goods in cabin with the TV that works on one channel if your lucky ,
Then the waiting round for hours (that before they start to unload you ) 
No redeeming features at that place at all !
I just see it as a reason to avoid ever buying anything from currys , Dixons PC world etc
Give me morrisons , swan valley anytime

Morrisons at Sittingbourne. Huge place, took my more time to get it on a bay then it did tipping me.
