Well if all goes well we are off to the New Forest Show on thursday with " Team Davies International " horsedrawn division, heres a pic from last weekend from lee on the solent on our pitstop for a cup of coffee and a bacon roll, we had a torrential storm on the way home with hale bouncing of the road and we all got soaked but the horses went well.Lokking forward to the better weather thats coming our way.
Very nice turnout there .Hope they like the new lorry

Thankyou everyone for your birthday wishes, not that you look forward to it like when you were a kid.I think christmas greetings should be done on the old putor, it would save loadsa money on postage and buying the cards in the first place.Had a good day and the horses had there manes done ready for thursday, Hori and ■■■■■■ and families came at tea time to vizit me,so suffered more abuse but ive got used to that over the years, see you all at the august bash which is not long now.

Thanks Jimbo i just spent the last nine hours cleaning harness and still aint finished it, but gotta look the best on thursday. I need someone like Tony the Tart to help, he used to like a bit of polshing.

Here we are at the New Forest Show on the drinks stop half way round the drive, doesent matter what i do i always look like a sack of ■■■■, came second in our class though.
My god it was hot but with a suit and top hatit was to much, Alan Titchmarsh presented us with our rosette.

New team just put together by the man who is driving, they are still a little green and he is an expert so he did the driving. They had never been in a show ring with loads of people cheering and all the flags and other noise.Any way your comment i used to here when i was running the outfit before Hori and ■■■■■■ took over and used to say back cos i pay the wages so you do it for me ! now get on with it or words to that effect.
By the way Jim it was hot yesterday but at least we had the old coolbox full of bottles of water covered in ice best thing we did.

Well Jim the chap driving did bring a bottle of champers as the whole outfit was new so he said we had to crissen it but i dont like the stuff so passed on that one, my mrs had a glass and it went straight to her head, so i wont be bringin her to the bash.
