Hey up Buzzer the joys of farming, back at work today after six days off sporting a black eye broken nose and a split lip, after an altercation with a hormonal limi heifer and a 12 foot metal gate… Oh the joys… Cheers Wrighty.

Well Wrighty those Lim’s are well known for being a bit feisty, but that said you can get hurt pretty easy with cattle. The last one I had calved turned on me when I went in to tag the calf, thought I was going to have to jump in the feeder for safe refuge left it for a couple of days and managed to get the calf out to tag it. Hope you have a speedy recovery, cheers Buzzer.

That’s a fine looking bull there Buzzer ! Just wondered what does an animal like that cost and how
long will he be able to breed for and what sort of life span do they have ■■

Dean that bull is only 16 months old, if you went to a top breeder they would want K3 and I paid just over half that for him and he is pedigree not that it bothers me so long as he gets on with the job, he should be good till he is seven or eight and after that its meat pies, cheers Buzzer.
