There’s still some drivers about who put the card in and don’t touch the mode switch all day ,left on bed ,they refere back to the days before automatic tachos when they got done for forgetting ,I knows a few like this ,one has even been stopped by Dvsa twice and unbelivably nothing said .

Yeah, fair point Dan. I was mistakenly not considering analogue tachos as I haven’t used one for years. A bit remiss of me, but I reckon that folk doing that with analogue are getting less and less each day as the vehicles die or retire.
Ok monster ,I’ve not used a digi yet ,that way I can’t be blackmailed in to driving modern stuff or doing londons on a weekend ,I’ll stick with the ERFs whilst we still got them .
In that case I’ll stop flashing my lights at all the modern stuff with Punchards written on it as I now know it won’t be you!

You Forgot to check the heater/aircon works. Or are you oldskool and control the temperature by opening and closing the window?

Heater or aircon would have been V.O.R. and delayed my finish time, I would never risk delaying my finish time.
