A Daf on a really steep hill would be going backwards!!
It is nice thou.
Nice that kindle ,anymore snaps of it ,what did you use the dry box for
for some reason i didnt take many pics of it, dont know why! And i have lost as lot of pics over the years. I used to load Hemel Hemstead, and tip Athens with Marks & Spencer stuff, dont think i ever had more than 6ton in the trailer! After tipping Athens reloaded hanging garments out of Prato Italy for Burberry at Blyth, nr Newcastle, it was a 480bhp.
Sounds like a dream of a job, what happened did it go belly up
I had 52 weeks doing nothing but that job, UK/Greece Italy.
When it came to Taxing the motor etc, boss didnt want to bother with it, and he didnt pay me that week.
There were about 6 of us doing the job, after 6 months or more after i left, it finished.
The boss wasnt putting any money back into the business. So yeah, it went belly up.
If i had a really good trip, no waiting for ferrys etc, i could get round in 9 or 10 days, i would have 3 days off then go off again. Sometimes the trailer was preloaded for me and ready in the yard (Bury St Edmunds) so thast saved some time.
That really is a beautiful 95 so which do you prefer your old 95 or your new 105
I dont drive a 105! I drive an FH, not long after this job i was driving a 95XF Space Cab and the boss offered to get me another motor, as i was doing the odd weekend away i opted for a Super Space Cab, but i also said i wanted a left hand drive, i got this, a 530
Youve had a few nice motors over the years kindle, ive seen photos on previous post and ive noticed theyve all got norfolk on the front
