D L A the police and the driver C P C

We did 7 hours on roping and sheeting and load security. Very handy when all of us on the course were bulk tanker drivers.

So, why did you choose to do that course?

There are many different courses that you could have chosen.

My guess …it was the cheapest one

Surely it would have been better do each individual module so as to gain an overall knowledge of the industry that we work in.
Any further knowledge if the regulations and other issues has to be a good thing.
Seems barmy to do the same module over and over again.

So what is the point of doing the same course over and over ? roping and sheeting ? how many people rope and sheet these days ? i bets its about 1 in every 10,000 , so its a minority…not majority…but the parasites still insist its all to do with safety etc drivers hours …blah …blah…there taking your hard earned money for what? and there are some drivers or ops on here believe its going to somehow make them into some sort of super driver…c,mon if you believe that ,the worlds still flat… :imp:

Is the world not flat?

You following me ■■■■ ? :grimacing:

how the hell can you learn to rope and sheet in a classroom ■■?

it should be outside in the cold weather loading seed tatties in a farmyard, then sheeting and roping it… that’s the way to learn…

same goes for some of the other modules…

You can’t learn to,swim in,a desert.
Ever tried swimming
in a sand dune, wow it must have been hot :arrow_right:
