Cyclescheme is very much not, the bikes are all so overpriced the markup outweighs the tax saving 
Some of the flexible ones will let you use any small shop - these can be great

Could this have been our scheme I wonder? I know when I looked at it, it seemed a very expensive way of getting a bike.
