Hello Bewick,
I’m glad you haven’t seen it, but I must tell you, Transport News is not a Truck Comic (thats Trucking!!!).
Out of the three Magnums, it has to be your lorry that stands out the most on the page (as if I would say Haydon Coulthard!!). Also, just in case you didn’t know, one of your lorries is caught in a Peter Davis photo in this months Classic Commercials. It looks like one of the Scania 113 4 x 2 tractor units. What a shame they didn’t do a close up, as your wagon is far better in livery than the one Peter Davis has taken!!! Try and have a look if you get the chance.

First off let me congratulate you on your “word perfect” post! me thinks you have, previously, just been acting the illiterate joker!! And you were just blending in with us lads “what had to leave school at the age of 8 with little or no formal edification!!!” Anyhow I may have miscast you as a “marra” when you could possibly be a “gadgy”. To establish this,do you live nearer to W’ukinton than Carlisle or vise versa ? No need to tell us where you live exactly,it’s not a loaded question eh! However with regard to the photo in CC I’ll take your word for it as there’s no way am I spending £■■ on that garbage publication!! Finally I never doubted that you wouldn’t choose the Bewick Magnum as the best livery of the 3 motors eh! Cheers Bewick.

Hello Bewick,
Thankyou for those kind words. I live at Waverton, so I’m in the middle!!!

P.S Classic Commercials is very expensive (£3.98 if think). If you get the chance, try and read it in WhSmiths like I do. Nobody minds. Read it, pop it back on the shelf, and walkout, No Money Spent!!!. I only buy the magazines that I like reading (T&D, TN & CM)

Its £4.20.Now, I buy it sometimes just to see if theres any old wagons for sale that might interest me,but some of the money they ask for them is a bit steep.
