Countrywide New One!

Another copy of another foreign truck, looks like folk in the uk are loosing their touch and have to copy the Cloggies

Bet they’ll have folk queuing up to drive a blinged up p cab for peanuts

country wide own account opperators drivers on very good salary so i believe

been a member on v8power.nl the dutch are giving some stick over this truck , one says well van hoevens is a 620 and another saying its a pokerface wannabe   , so hope countrywide are no planning on taking it to truckstar

Hutchie:
R series has side lockers, P is a lower mounted cab! G series uses the original spec for the 4 series low roof, and you dont get a topline in the p series

Hutchie, that is a highline, not a topline, and looking at the door handles and how low the cab seems to sit, i would say it was a G cab too

Few more pictures here too.

Not a massive fan but each to their own. Personally i think their best looking truck is the FH. It has a cracking paint scheme. Looks bang on.

this looks disgusting prefer their topliner that pulls the tautliner mainly in bocm at exeter, looks a lot nicer without all the rubbish stuck on.

sometimes less is more , & thats got too much ‘more’ than is needed

looks like a G to me too the cab doesn’t sit high enough to be an R, unless of course all the extra’s are more than the cab suspension can take .

it’s all down to the individual , it doesn’t do anything for me but i bet the chap is well chuffed

think it would look much better with alcoa durabrites , dont like the swedish style two tone paint on the steels

you do realise that pc world are going to be busy cleaning sperm out of keyboards now you’ve published that pic.

I would of said Vomit mate. That’s just hideous. Slapping stuff on it for the sake of it :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:

Just spent 10 mins comparing… i think its an R cab… look at this G cab below… Gap between the wheel arch and cab is MUCH smaller on the G cab, like the old 4 series.

google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=h … =112&ty=74

i reckon its a R series just abit lower down plus the cab is the same style as a stobbies unit but without the wind deflectors

don’t think it matters, its simliar, and just a near enough copy of Patrick v. d. Hoeven’s motor.

got a closer look at it at hereford show… those mahoooosive stacks up the back of the cab… are just tubes not connected to anything shame really
