On the other side of the coin in the real world I was speaking on the phone to a friend in Yorkshire. He was telling me him and his wife (both vaccinated) had just got over covid with bad colds and a high temperature but nothing worse. Then he told me about one of his work colleages who refused the vaccine is now seriously ill in hospital and apparently it could go either way.
I wonder how many in the world would be clogging up hospitals and mortuaries had in not been for the vaccines. As far as I am aware any previous vaccines have not caused any long term effects and these latest ones have been tested rigourously like any in the past despite what some say.
The majority of the people in the world have made the right and correct choice.
Just heard Javid saying we should all learn to live with Covid in the background,.and avoid any more restrictions…at ■■■■ last, the pennys dropped…hallelujah. 
In last 2 weeks that I’ve been off,. I know 4 people in my circle of friends who have caught this, I have been e.mailed or whats apped by 3 others, and 2 of my boy’s mates have it. (not all of them vaccinated btw)
The only thing they all have in common is they all say they feel as if they ‘‘Have cold’’…most of them (not all) have isolated, so think of the lost man hours in that circle alone all off work… with a bad cold !!!
And if each one of them also know 9 others,.abd those know 9 more and so on and so forth…make up your own mind.
Total ■■■■ madness just sitting about at home losing work and money.
I personaly have just carried on as normal over the holidays,.and socialised as usual,.
I have wore a mask once, but only because the dentist would not allow me in without one, so if I’m asked,.I’ll cover my face …as I’ve said before.
Again as I’ve said before, if those amongst us chose to change their lives because they are high risk (as I maybe also would under those extrene circumstances) or those who have been terrified and coerced into living like a hermit,.crack on and ‘protect yourselves’.asyou see it.

You do not actually KNOW…only time will tell, it is far too soon to tell if you (or me) are out of the woods.
And I am speaking as one who has been jabbed.btw…but not FULLY taken in,.I chose to go for it after weighing up the situation and making my own decision at the time for a number of reasons.
As for your mate’s mate, there is always somebody who will have a bad reaction to any goddam thing, that does not make the situation typical.
To redress the balance I kniw at least two unjabbed who have caught it, one with a bad cold, one with no symptoms who kept on working as he was already away when diagnosed.

Meanwhile, down at the coalface, I’ve been flat out with work. Not because of a seasonal uptick in work, but because half of the driver workforce are on sick leave and one is no longer with us. It won’t come as any surprise to the enlightened members that they all are/were either double or triple jabbed. One 50yro had his (Moderna) booster on a Friday morning, wife called him in sick Saturday morning, Monday we learned he’d had a massive heart attack Saturday afternoon and died in hospital early hours Monday morning. RIP. Another driver is fully jabbed and now basically paralysed from his knees down unable to walk without aids. Another has the bells palsy with his mouth now somewhere up near his right ear . Another keeps complaining about repeated agonising stabbing pains in his chest, went for bloods and came back without showing any issues so is still driving . The others off sick with “covid” and just feel like utter crap because the jabs have wrecked their immune system. Quelle surprise…
Unsurprisingly, myself, the boss and the 2 other pure-bloods have been absolutely fine without so much as a sniffle. The penny has dropped because of Omicron I reckon. It is far less damaging to humans than previous variants. Even in South Africa where Omicron started the hospitilisations have been far less and also deaths.
The UK seems to be following the same trend and it’s all looking very promising so Dr Campbell reckons.(on u tube) I trust him 100% as he always backs everything he says with evidence and if he gets something wrong he admits it.
I don’t believe everything I hear in the news or especially from politicians but as I have said I know various people who work in hospitals and they give me updates about what is happening and I know for a fact what they say is 100% true and vaccines definitely make a big difference to some when they catch it. I know some don’t believe that but that’s up to them. Just wish they could see the effects it has on some unvaccinated people.
Personally I would love to get back to normal as most would but I will not put vulnerable people at risk by not wearing a mask. Why should they they have to be stuck at home because I cant be bothered.

My research on Lizards confirms they don’t sweat:- Reptiles do not sweat. In order to sweat you must possess an endothermic metabolism, and sweat glands. Reptiles have neither. They are exothermic, commonly referred to as cold-blooded, which means of course that they derive their internal heat from external sources only.
