But if you’re struggling with demonstrable facts where does that leave us with the rest of your statements?

Question for the antivaxxers - what could make you change your mind? Anything? A signed confession from David Icke denying it thrice?

Don`t confuse those who have a quasi religious stance on this, with those who have doubts about some aspect of these particular vaccines.
“Anti-vaxxers” won`t be likely convinced by anything new.
Those who are “Vaccine Hesitant” may be open to listen to more evidence, and be in favour as they realise some of the popular arguments against vaccine are based on false premises and assumptions.
Neither case is just “whackos and thickos”, although they do exist in those groups…just as they exist among those of us who see the advantages of vaccines. Its too easy to pick up the outliers and portray them as typical of the whole.
Easy for us (since we are clearly intelligent, and obviously right ) to take the Mickey, but how do we look to those with a genuine belief contrary to ours?
I will listen to Justin Welby, for instance, an intelligent and level headed bloke, except for one thing. I don`t think logicical argument will challenge his core beliefs, any more than it will challenge those of some Ant-Vs.

Yep, I`m a fan of these, but Ria Lina makes some good points with humour as the first guest here.
I never invest myself furthur into a “belief” than the scientific evidence gives it tho. The ones who catch covid and then lay there dying saying “I’m glad I never got the vaccine”. Those chaps are beyond my ken.

As for hiding, I’ve worked throughout this pandemic. I’m not sure even by your corrupted lexicon, that even you can demonstrate how I’ve hidden.
Nice to see you refuse to explain your ppe comment. It suggests to me that even you’re aware of just what a stupid idea it is.

Sadly I’m not convinced about you.
As for masks, I haven’t really expressed an opinion on how important they are. I question the validity of opposition to using them. If they don’t work - like you seem to think - it costs you nothing.
If they do work it has a clearly harmful potential impact in not using them.
That to me seems a no brainer so I see why you struggle.

Jeez is this still going.
Just dipped back into it.
My latest comment on this subject following on from what I said last time, about it getting to the stage where people under 70 wearing masks are starting to annoy me, and I’m inadvertently showing it to them.
…Wtf is the latest trend with these people, wearing a mask while taking a selfie, instead of taking it off beforehand
Then there’s the general public apoearing on local news programmes on the street being interviewed ,…their big moment arrives to let their family appear on telly, and they keep their masks on during the short interview. …classic brainwash.
As for that Manalishi guy …Jeez H Christ man …WTF is he snorting.

Brainwashed?
How so? The vast majority of medics say that mask wearing does no harm, but can do some good.
Next thing you`ll be telling us all we are jumping on a bandwagon because we follow all of those mathematicians who believe two and two make four!
You may think you are somehow immune, and don`t care about those who are more vulnerable, but fortunately many more people, including old grannies, are far more able to put up with the enormous hardship of wearing a mask than such a delicate flower as you.

I wear a mask in enclosed public places because the science, as I understand it, justifies such a small inconvenience for me.
I don`t wear a mask because Johnson* and his Gov say I should.
But it must needle you a bit, being the ‘Must do as I’m told and conform’ type of guy that we perceive you to be, especially being told to do so by somebody you hold a disproportionate hate for.
A classic conflict of interests scenario I reck.

Don’t know it just does.
Ok wearing a mask in a care home or a hospital, or around people actually known to be susceptible, fair enough, but out in the open air walking about.■■
If I was vulnerable,. I’d consider the responsibility on me, so by same token if Mr &Mrs Vulnerable are wearing masks, surely it takes away the need from people like me who are willing to take their own chances after weighing up the odds.
