No ANPR at cob ham , I’ve stayed there for 3 hours before now without paying and not had a ‘fine’ .
I think there is a parking attendant that’s walks round in the evenings or whenever 
Don’t diss the dozy one , 
this place would be pretty dull without his random posts 
At last, we got there in the end 
You only have to pay if your on GB plates…i am not…so can park anywhere i like F.O.C. 
…well i run under european rules, so if they dont charge over there, then why should i pay over here…i mean, i pay the daily charge on a monthly basis…yet am not always over here…so its a fair cop eh !!
